Seitan with caper sauce



4-5 slices of homemade seitan
a few leaves of fresh rosemary
1 pinch of dried onion
1 tablespoon tamari
1 tablespoon olive oil
2-3 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped pickled capers
4-5 whole pickled capers for garnish

Marinate for a few hours your seitan slices with olive oil, tamari onion and rosemary.
Mix the mayonnaise with the finely chopped capers and spread on the seitan.  Decorate eache slice with some whole capers
My parents loved it, their comment was: “This seitan is better than the packaged one!”
