Chocolate cream tart
Yesterday was one of those days where I have taken the irresistible urge to sweet, and you are not a cake and tasty chocolate tart, but this was a true discovery for me too.
Ingredients for cake:
240 Gr. integral flour
10 g of potato starch
80 grams of sugar cane
125 grams of soy butter
2 teaspoons baking powder
a pinch of salt
2/3 tablespoons soy milk
one teaspoon dried orange peel (or lemon)
Ingredients for cream:
400 grams of tofu
salt
125 grams of chocolate plain
a knob of soy butter
100ml of soy milk
125 grams of sugar cane
a handful of hazelnuts
Method:
Prepare the cake mix the flour with the starch, sugar, baking powder, salt and orange zest, I used the dust that had done last year drying Peel oranges, add butter, soy and milk kneading until obtaining a ball put to rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
