Baked Celery

Ingredients:

1 Celery
Cumin
1 clove crushed garlic
1 red onion – chopped
Walnuts
Vegetable broth
Soy cream
Breadcrumbs
Real Vegan Parmesan Cheese
Salt
Black pepper
Extra virgin olive oil

Method:
Open the celery and cut it into matches and place it in a baking dish. Add cumin, garlic, onion and finely chopped walnuts.
Mix a bit of vegetable broth with soy cream and pour it over your celery, stir and season with salt and pepper. Mix the breadcrumbs with your vegan parmesan cheese and sprinkle it on your celery.
Cook in the oven at 200 degrees – fairly hot – for about 35/40 minutes until the celery is cooked and will have a golden crust.
Serve hot with a little ‘olive oil!

Simple, unusual and delicious!  Trust me! 🙂

    I did try it and it is really delicious. I think celery is quite underestimated as a vegetable, you should really give it a try

    I’m not a celery lover, I mean I use it as a flavour in dishes, not itself…but this recipe is really full of flavour, can’t wait to try it!
