Artichoke Calzone

Calzone means big sock, we call it like this because of its shape, in Italy some pizzas are stuffed and closed, and they are called Calzone.
What can I say …  it was delicious! 🙂

(You decide the quantity)
pizza dough
artichoke hearts
chopped onion
ginger powder
olive oil
vegan mozzarella

Make your pizza dough and while the dough rises, prepare your artichokes. Cut artichoke hearts into 4 pieces and cook with onions, chives, ginger, pepper and extra virgin olive oil until they are soft.
Flatten your dough like a round pizza and place on a baking sheet
Fill one half with sliced vegan mozzarella and your artichokes.
Close your calzone and bake at 200 ° C for 30 min.  Brush the surface with olive oil.
