Chocolate and pear strudel
An unusual but deliciuos dessert!
Ingredients:
- 1 roll puff pastry
- 70 gr chocolate
- 3-4 pears
- almonds, crushed hazelnuts, walnuts
- whole cane sugar
Method:
Pre heat the oven at 180° C. Cut the pears in small pieces and briefly cook them in a non-stick skillet so that they lose some of their water content. Cut the chocolate in small pieces and chop the nuts. Spread the puff pastry and poke holes all over with a fork. Mix the pears, the chocolate and the nuts, and spread the mixture in the center of puff pastry. Fold the top half of the puff pastry over, brush with water and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 30 minutes and enjoy!
