Curry Pea Pasta

Unusual italian pasta but still very tasty ­čÖé┬á And easy too!

Ingredients:
1 onion, thinly sliced
210 g garden fresh peas (or frozen)
1 package soy cream
210 g of penne pasta
A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
Nutritional yeast flakes
Salt
Pepper
Curry

Procedure:
Cook your pasta in salty water.  In a large pan fry the onion with oil, add the peas and cook for about 10 minutes, add salt and pepper and add curry to taste.
When your pasta is ready drain eccess water and trasfer to your serving dish, add your pea sauce and the cream, sprinkle some nutritional yeast, stir quickly and serve immediately.
