Italian Plum Tart
This is a snack I prepared for Elia, my son … ehehehehe 🙂
Ingredients:
200 grams of spelt flour
100 grams white flour
80 grams of soy butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
a pinch of salt
grated lemon rind
½ cup warm water
Plum jam
Method:
Mix flour, soy butter into small pieces, sugar, lemon, salt.
Work with your hands and then add water. Knead until you have a nice dough.
Let stand thirty minutes in the refrigerator.
Roll the dought out and line a cake tin, reserve some dough for the strips.
Add the jam, garnish with the strips.
Bake at 220 degrees for about 30 minutes …
