Yogurt smoothie
Mirko’s raw breakfast recipe remembered me another recipe I saw in Veganblog.it some months ago (I don’t find it anymore…) and that inspired me this my own customizing. Hope you enjoy it!
Ingredients :
125 gr. unsweetened plain soy yogurt (no-fat)
1 banana
1 TS carob flour
Cinnamon
Mint
Chocolate scales
Methods :
I‘ve put in the mixer the yogurt, the banana, the carob bean flour and some cinnamon. Mixed few seconds and I’ve done! Very quick to do.
I’ve put it into a glass and decorated with the chocolate and the mint: the first one for the palate and the second one for the smell J
HI Susi, this one looks delicious, ideal for a summer breakfast! but doen’t it get too thick with the yogurt and banana? 🙂
I guess it depends on the yogurt brand (I buy Soja sun)…banana is always thick 😉
