Pasta with rocket and olives


This pasta dish is very simple and easy yet has a very unique taste.


100 g black olives

rocket leaves

extra-virgin olive oil

1 garlic clove

salt, pepper

300 g pasta


Heat oil a large skillet and cook garlic and olives on a low heat.

Cut the rocket leaves in small pieces without cooking it.

Drain pasta and toss it with the olive sauce and the rocket leaves. If you wish, you can sprinkle some vegan parmesan cheese on it!
