Avocado Baskets

Ingredients:
1 avocado
125 grams of cooked beans
3 or 4 sun-dried tomatoes
lemon juice
paprika
olive oil
gomasio

Method:
Cut the avocado in two and extract the big seed. Remove part of the pulp inside. Flounder with lemon juice so it does not tarnish.
Chop the avocado pieces and sun-dried tomatoes, then place in a bowl and add the beans.  Mix well.
Season with lemon juice, olive oil and gomasio.
Fill the avocado baskets with the salad and sprinkle with paprika.
