Radish and zucchini carpaccio
Ingredients:
1 bunch radishes
2 zucchini
good olive oil
lemon juice
balsamic vinegar
gomasio
cumin
ginger
Method:
Wash zucchini and radishes putting them in water and ice to make them more crisp.
Thinly slice vegetables using a mandolin.
Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice.
Sprinkle with gomasio, a pinch of spices.
