Caper “pesto”
Ingredients:
natural capers 50 g
black olives 80 g
some dried mint leaves
a tbs of apple-vinegar
a pinch of salt
olive oil (requested amount)
Method:
Remove the stone from olives then blend the ingredients with an immersion blender adding olive oil while blending.
This pesto is very tasty! Specially recommended for summer dishes!!!
