Cold Cake

You don’t need to turn on the oven for this simple flat cake.  We can enjoy a nice cake even in hot weather 🙂

230 grams of crumbled biscuits
1 cup cocoa powder
1 cup brown sugar
120 g margarine
1 bar of dark chocolate
1 handful of raisins
Coffee powder
Peanuts
Pine nuts
A tablespoon of soy milk

Mix margarine cubes, sugar and cocoa powder in the blender.  Add coffee and milk (you can substitute a cup of sugar syrup diluted with some water and heated), biscuits, raisins, pine nuts and chopped nuts. Pressed the dough into a shape of your choice. Melt the chocolate and then pour on the cake. Let cool in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
