Sewn Crepe
Good morning to everyone! This is not a proper recipe, it’s just an idea you can use for sweet or salty crepes. Last week I wanted to enjoy some jams from the mountains, and I felt like having some crepes…I was also hand embroidering, and I wanted to sew my dish as well!
Ingredients:
(serves 6 or 4 gluttonous people…)
– 1/2 l soy milk
– 250gr spelt flour
– 1 pinch of salt
– some spaghettis
Method:
With a hand-held beater whisk very well all the ingredients to form a batter. Let this rest in the fridge, if possible, for at least 30min. Should you find it too thick you may add some water.
Oil a non-stick pan and, once it’s hot, pour the batter in.
You can fill the crepes with jams, vegetables, soy ricotta, soy mozzarella…well, as you wish!
Close the crepe and with a toothpick make some holes near to the edge – not too close or you will break it. Cook the spaghetti leaving them underdone and make them pass through the holes.
It’s nothing special maybe, but I got fun!
This is reeeeeally nice! It is just a good idea, thanks 🙂
