Garlic, oil & hazelnuts spaghetti


You can prepare them in just 10min, if  you’ve got  already shelled hazelnuts…otherwise a few minutes more! We haven’t had garlic, oil and chilli spaghetti for a while, and I wanted to enrich this traditional dish a bit. They were delicious!

(serves 2)
– spaghetti (as needed)
– 2 garlic cloves
– a fairly big chilli (to taste)
– some sage leaves
– about 10 shelled hazelnuts
– extra virgin olive oil
– salt
While pasta is being cooked, fry garlic (finely minced) with chili and sage in some olive oil on a low heat. At the end add the hazelnuts roughly crunched with a knife. Toast them for a minute and turn the fire off. Drain the pasta and dress it with the sauce.

..and now I’m hungry again :roll:!
