Sweet Tofu Cream
Yesterday I felt like having a good and fresh snack, after gym. It was quick to prepare and has proved useful in cleaning my pantry out.
But it be a nice idea for a delicious breakfast, fresh and energetic.
Ingredients:
(for the cream)
– silken tofu
– hazelnuts
– pine nuts
– almonds
– raisins
– barley malt
– sugar (icing sugar/cane sugar)
(to decorate)
-desiccated coconut
– dark chocolate flakes
– almonds
– raisin
– cinnamon
Method:
Whisk together all ingredients for the cream (the doses are approximate, since I had to finish tofu and nuts…).
Taste it: If you want it sweeter, you can add sugar and blend again.
Pour the cream into bowls and let it cool for half a day in the refrigerator.
Just before serving, decorate the bowls as fantasy suggests you: on the right is mine, which I’ve dusted with coconut and chocolate; on the left is my boyfriend’s, with cinnamon and a flower made of 4 almonds and a berry of raisin.
It ‘very good and especially very very high – calory, therefore…be careful!

They must be so yummy! I do the same sometimes with rice flour: I put it in a pan, add water or veg milk and stir until it gets creamy. That’s good, but certainly yours is lighter and fast
