Sweet-Bread for the Awakening
Ingredients:
– brewer’s yeast
– 150 vegetal milk
– 550 all purpose flour
– 100 g brown sugar
– drops of dark chocolate as mush as you like
– maple syrup.
Method:
Dissolve yeast in 150 ml of milk and a teaspoon of sugar and let rise 1 hour. Add the remaining ingredients (except for the maple syrup) and let the dough rise for about 3-4 hours. Roll out a rectangle about 40 cm x 60 cm and then make a roll. Brush with maple syrup and cut diagonally alternating direction. Put on oiled baking sheet and bake for about 40 minutes at 200°.
That’s definitely a good way to wake up 🙂
