Raw Cup
I had this cup as an appetizer no more than an hour ago!
Ingredients:
– 2 carrots
– coconut flour
– a handful of almonds
– a handful of raisins
– a tangerine
Method:
Grate carrots (I use the liquidizer to do it quicker) and then blend all the ingredients to the desired consistency. I’ve had it as a starter but if you add a spoonful of agave and some dates it’s sweeter and can become a delicious breakfast or snack!
