Light light Pastry

My friend Daniela recommended me this recipe, and now that I’ve tryed I’ll never chuck it!

It’s light, crisp, fat-free, you make it in a moment … great!

125gr of flour 00
40gr sugar cane
40gr corn oil
50gr warmwater
1 teaspoon baking powder
grated zest of a lemon or orange

Mix all the ingredients, you will get a fairly soft dough, roll out the pastry on a baking tray of 20, 22cm in diameter, covered in oven paper. I used the circular cake tin, and the size is more or less that, no bigger, otherwise it will be too thin . I spread a thin layer of orange marmalade and then I covered it with apples , previously mixed with lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and a generous sprinkling of cinnamon. In preheated the oven for 20min at 180 degrees. Excellent …
For the fillingyou can really indulge yourself! Yum yum!

Your friend Daniela is really smart 🙂 This pastry looks very light and quick to do…I don’t make cakes very often, but I’ll take this in consideration 🙂
