Sole Spelt

Fast, easy and nutritious. A unique dish because it’s good to enjoy on its own, and because it lends itself to the most varied and original customizations!

Ingredients:
Spelt
Carrots
Leek
Bay
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Nuts
Oregano

Method:
In a saucepan, fry the leek and diced carrots in a little oil with a few bay leaves. Add the spelt and let it flavor. Add water to cover and let it cook. In a pressure cooker takes around 15 minutes.
Serve, add the on top some dried fruit you like (I had pine nuts, pistachios and almonds) and scent with a hint of oregano. Serve as you prefere, hot or just cool.
