Apricot Jam
This year, my grandma’s tree produced several apricots, so many that we can not eat them all fresh and so .. I thought to make some jam …
Ingredients:
1 kg apricots
300-400 gr sugar.
Method:
In a pot, put clean apricots cut into pieces, add sugar and start cooking slowly.
Turn continuously with a wooden spoon, and at half cooking blend it with the hand blender … put the jam, still hot, into sterilized jars and turn them upside down until completely cooled (this way will vacuum) 🙂
