Sesame Bread

A simple bread that doesn’t require too much time for the rising.

500gr of flour (I used type 0, durum wheat, as I had finished the other!)
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
100gr of sesame seeds
350 ml water
a packet of dry yeast (9 grams)

Combine flour, salt and yeast in a bowl. Then add water and oil, mixing and working the mixture until the dough is smooth and firm. Let it rest for an hour.
Start kneading the dough again adding the sesame seeds. Divide it into two and form two round loaves.
Put them in the oven abd and bake for about an hour at 200 ° (I recommend you to check the baking after 45 minutes).
