Mulberry’s smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 apple
1 little carrot
100 gramme of mulberry
organic soya milk (as you like)
Method:
Peel and cut the apple and the carrot. washing the mulberry.
Put all ingredients in the blender, diluite with soya milk to reach a homogeneous smoothie. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Hi Nadir, this smoothie is so inviting!! I’m just feeling like having one right now 🙂 I genuinely love the second picture, it reminds those long hours spent riding my bike up and down the hills near Siena! I used to come back home with a bag full of mulberry almost every day:-)
