Chocolate Dame’s Kisses
Today I feel like having cakes…chocolate … I don’t know … it will be the summer!
So I tried these Dame’s Kisses, inspired by Lella’s recipe.
Ingredients:
50 gr of hazelnuts
50 gr of almonds
60 gr of flour 2
40 gr of spelt flour
50 gr of sugar cane
50 gr of maple syrup
oil
soy milk (or other)
50 grams of dark chocolate
a handful of dark chocolate drops
Method:
Chop the hazelnuts, the almonds and the chocolate drops, to reduce them to a sort of rough flour.
Add flour, sugar, maple syrup, oil (30-40 grams) and milk, to get a homogeneous mixture (a little sticky, too).
Form half-pellets with the dough, and bake them at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
Once melted, spread it over the half-pellets and then overlap them two by two. Let them cool!
Considerations:
Since, as my usual, I exaggerated the doses of chocolate (I used more than 50 grams !!!), I’ve got it overleft a lot. … So, not to throw it (EVER !!!), I gave free rein to my imagination and I messed up a little:
Cookies from my pantry, and almonds leftover by the recipe! Once cool I’ll taste and tell you!
