Mixed Seeds Focaccia
Mhhhhhhhhh … I love the smell when you bake goods in the oven !!!!!
Ingredients:
500 gr of organic kamut flour,
20 gr of wheat organic sourdough
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil,
warm water as needed
organic mixed seeds (sesame, sunflower and pumpkin)
Method:
Combine flour with sourdough, add oil and water as needed to create a soft and smooth dough. Let it stand for 3 hours, covered with a towel, away from draughts. After the rising time, roll the dough on a baking sheet, I used the round one, for pizza, covered with baking paper; create the usual “dimples” with fingertips, brush with an emulsion of oil and water and let it rise for half an hour. Turn the oven to warm it up for good, and once the half an hour has passed, place the seeds on the focaccia, abound 🙂 and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C.
Before baking…
A closer look …
And its super spongy interior….
Comment:
My sister tells me “you must give me the recipe, I love it !!!!!!!!” It’s genuinely goOOOOood! The seeds on its surface were also roasted, which was a true delight !!!!! I finished it in less than two days 🙁 ….
