Carrots & Sesame Kamut
Yesterday I poked around in a couple of macrobiotic blogs. I must admit that this kitchen fascinates me a little bit.
In the end, I felt like having a macrobiotic dish.
I don’t know practically anything about microbiotic, and I dn’t think this recipe has something to do with that kitchen … But I liked it: D!
Ingredients:
kamut (80 g approximately)
2 small carrots
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon of shoyu
salt
Method:
Cook kamut in slightly salted water.
Meanwhile, clean the carrots, cut into thin slices and sauté them in a pan with oil and soy sauce.
When almost done (I left them quite crunchy) add sesame seeds.
Drain kamut and let it season it in the pan a few minutes.
Enjoy yor meal!
