Aromatic Pasta with Seitan
What do you do when you’re hungry and have a little time? You prepare this quick pasta, but believe me, very tasty!
Ingredients:
200 grams of spaghetti or other pasta to taste
200 gr homemade seitan
1 clove garlic
1 / 2 onion
extra virgin olive oil
salt
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
rosemary
sage
thyme
marjoram
laurel
Method:
Brown onion and garlic in a little oil, add soy sauce and seitan and let them cook.
Meanwhile, boil some water and cook pasta. Finely chop herbs; once the pasta is done, dress is with seitan, add herbs and sprinkle with nutritional yeast flakes! It’s truly good!
Note: When preparing seitan I add a little soy sauce, which is why I added 2 tablespoons in this recipe – but if you use bought seitan not use other additional soya sauce, as it will already be soaked with it!
