Vegan Bounty
This is my version of the “Bounty” snacks
Ingredients:
200 gr of dried coconut flour or fresh if you have just done the coconut milk
60 ml sweet of soy cream (20 ml or even unnecessary if you use fresh flour)
70 gr of margarine (30 gr if you use fresh coconut flour)
70 gr of icing sugar
400 gr of dark chocolate
Method:
In a saucepan, melt the margarine with the soy cream on low heat; in the meanwhile, mix coconut flour with icing sugar. Once the margarine has melted, add flour and sugar, mix well and let the mixture cool. With your hands, form some small cylinders and put them in a container, covering with a cling film. Put them in the fridge to settle for at least 1 hour.
Melt the chocolate and cover the cylinders, with the aid of a knife, with a round blade. Let them dry on a sheet of baking paper and are ready!
