Arabic Salad
Ingredients:
1 red apple
125g of cooked cannellini beans
onion
A pinch of: turmeric, cinnamon, cumin, coriander and cloves
oil
salt
pepper
sugar
Method:
Brown the onion adding spices. Meanwhile, remove the core from the apple, discard it and cut the apple into thin slices. Put them in the saucepan with the spices, add a teaspoon of sugar and keep on cooking until they are soft. Add beans, salt and pepper Cook a few minutes more. Serve hot.
