Delicate Fruit Plumcake

A simple recipe for a nice cake, healthy and light.

Ingredients:
120 gr cornstarch
130 gr whole wheat flour
80 gr sugar cane
300 gr of natural soy yogurt
baking powder
soy milk (or whatever you prefer)
4 small pears
2 tablespoons olive oil

Method:
Mix flour, corn starch, baking powder and sugar. Then add two tablespoons of oil. Pour in the yogurt, alternating it to milk, to obtain a liquid mixture, but not too much.
Peel and cut pears into small pieces and add them to the mixture.
Pour it into a floured tin cake.
Bake at 180 degrees for about an hour.
Mine inside seems almost “raw”, probably has not cooked perfectly as I put too much yogurtin it. But is very good anyway:-) !
