Spelt Breadcrumbs
Basil-ginger-salt
Poppy seeds
Olive oil
Soy sauce
Method:
After having cooked the soy chunks, in a plate prepare the bread crumbs with minced basil, minced ginger and salt. Add soy sauce and a tablespoon of olive oil and mix well. Let rest in refrigerator for half an hour.
Once this has passed, take a non stick pan, pour some oil and put it on a heat. Add the soy chunks already “breaded”, mix a bit to avoid them sticking, then add a little soy sauce. Sauté well, until the crust is formed.
I tasted one: very good!
