Royal Formula
Ouf, too few holidays and too many drinks in the list, and the mentor does not cooperate! Here’s another one: if I make too many mistakes please be understanding, at least you know why! Hic!
Ingredients:
(makes a 20 cl long-drink)
4 cl Vodka
3 cl Cointreau
7 cl grapefruit juice
6 cl strawberry juice
6 ice cubes fruit to decorate
Method:
As for Marie-Louise, mix all the ingredients but the fruit in a blender; pour the cocktail into the glass, being careful to leave aside the pieces of ice haven’t melted up. As you can see, the strawberry juice has made the foam this tim eas well… Then, decorate with fresh fruit and serve. Cheers!

This long drink must have been genuinely good, but what impressed me is the decoration with the fruit! Don’t think it will be easy to do it at home … 🙂
yes, EleonoraNW3 is right…hod did they cut the fruit and how did they fix it to the glass??
It’s not so hard… I will try to explain but I’m not sure I will arrive to do it with my poor English… 🙁
Anyway… you cut a slice of apple on the side of the fruit.
I mean: you put the entire fruit on your tablet and, instead of cutting apple in the middle, you move your knife aside, as if you have to cut 1/3 of the apple not 1/2…
So you will have a nice, round slice of apple but not seads.
You put your slice on the tablet soft side down and peel upside.
You cut a lot of very thin slices that you will put on a slim baton, then you will open the apple like a fan.
Baton is threaded on an thick pineapple slice, and pineapple slice is “berthed” on the glass.
Raspberries hide baton.
In this glass there are two batons decorated with two slices of apple and four raspberries! Slurp! 😆
Oh I see…now that I know “the secret” is definititely easier…I’m wondering whether I would be able to do it anyway, but at least it’s clear now…mmhhh… you made me feel like trying it NOW 😛
Thanks you Pizza!!
