Heart Warming Creamy Soup

I invented this creamy soup as a recontituent for the winter season.


Ingredients:
3 medium potatoes
3 carrots
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of tahini
1 bouillon cube (without glutamate)
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

Method:
Peel potatoes and carrots. Peel the garlic. Cut the carrots into slices and potatoes in small cubes. I put everything into a pot and covered with water up to double the volume of vegetables. Bring to a boil. Add the bouillon cube. Let it dry a bit. Once the vegetables are done, add the tahini.It made a odd effect to my soup…tahini has a sort of mashed potatoes, making a delicious creamy soup. Add salt as you wish; as a spice as I just put a little pepper. Serve with a dash of oil. If you like, you can add one or two tablespoons of pasta and you’ll get a heart and tummy warming dinner…
