Stewed fresh fruit
Sometimes I like to have breakfast with fresh fruit juice, it’s my custom to make it with this sweet cream 🙂
Ingredients:
apple, 1
plum, 3
grated ginger
malt (as you like)
Method:
Wash and peel the fruit, centrifuge the juice from pulp. Put the pulp in a plate, add the grated ginger and 1 or 2 coffee spoon of malt. Mix with care and spread stewed fruit on rice crackers, toasted bread as you like. Water downed can be served as a juice.
Water downing the fruit juice allows its better absorption, because they have a high concentration of sugar.
