Kinder und Haferflocken!

When I was a kid my Oma (German grandmother) always made me this very simple sweet, which I adored. I just veganized it!

Ingredients:
fine oatmeal
soy milk
rice malt
cocoa powder or cinnamon

Method:
Pour oatmeal and milk in a pot.
Cook over a low heat, until it becomes nice and thick, and flakes are very soft.
Then, mix it with a bit of rice malt and pour in the cups.
Sprinkle with cocoa or cinnamon.
I like hot or cold.
