Here it is a delicacy that Pizza pie’s hubby taught me, when we visited them last time in September … he did it the first day and my husband and I now we have become addicted to it…

Ingredients:
1 package of smoked tofu
2 teaspoons of nutritional yeast flakes
1/2 teaspoon of mustard
soy sauce (according to your taste, depending on how sapid you want it!)
garlic (granulated or powdered)
extra virgin olive oil

Method:
Place the tofu, cut into cubes, in a blender; then oil and gradually, still whisking, add the remaining ingredients. (If you want to make the dip to heavy using only the oil, add a few drops of water).
Spread at you will!
Meanwhile, my little girl “enjoyed” the heat of the fire …
