Eleonora’s Lunchbox #2
This is actually a sort of excuse to show you my lunchbox… so girlish :-P. The recipe itself is really nothing special, it’s not even a recipe, but next time I’ll do it better. This is what is waiting for me for lunch today. All raw, as usual! And basic…
Ingredients:
broadbeans
garden peas
mushrooms
cucumber
carrot
butternut squash
celery
broccoli
fennel seeds
thyme
balsamic vinegar
oregano
umeboshi vinegar
Method:
Mix together brodbeans and garden peas with a few drops of umeboshi vinegar and a pinch of thyme.
Chop cucumber and mushrooms and combine them; add a few fennel seeds.
Chop carrot, broccoli, cucumber, celery and butternut squash and combine them. Add oregano and thyme.
That’s it!
Pizza pie, I hope you’ll like it 😛
I love your lunchbox! Also broccolo is raw? I never eat raw broccoli.
Hi Loira! Yes, I had never had raw broccoli since a few months ago…then I discovered them and I can tell you they’re delicious! Just try them… you can start, if you prefer, by having them just underdone – you’ll start appreciate their taste 🙂
You’re right…your lunchbox is very cute, and so girlish!!
I a kind of like raw food, but I’m not a raw-foodist at all. I can confirm that raw broccoli are good! Just, as every raw food, just start having them with a little sauce or dip (better rawm of course!)
Arrrrrgh she did it! The picture of the bento box! 😈
No: I must resist!
But I could eat all the food in a while! 😆
Good&nice! 😉
‘course I did it! And I did it for you :-).
I’m sure you like it, it’s so…so… PINK!
Beautifully! i like raw broccoli, and they are so healthy.
oh gosh! Raw broccoli??? I’ve never tried it! your lunch was so healty!
Yesssssss! They’re crunchy and tasty, you should try them with a little olive oil and maybe balsamic vinegar or umeboshi vinegar 🙂
