Hemp & Cinnamon Muffins

Freshly baked for the afternoon tea …

Ingredients:
250 gr of whole wheat flour
200 gr of brown sugar
20 gr of potato starch
50 gr of hemp seed flour
2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
cream of tartar
300 ml of vanilla soy milk
50 ml of corn oil

Method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, put 150 gr of sugar and cinnamon, then sift flours, starch and cream of tartar. Mix well.
Whisk oil and milk and pour them into the bowl, blending it all, until the mixture gets smooth.
Pour a few spoonfuls of mixture into paper muffin cups, placed in a muffin tray, filling them up to  3/4; then sprinkle with the remaining sugar.
Bake for 30 minutes, then remove and let them cool.

    Yummy!! Never tried hemp seeds flour, I’ll search for it. Cinnamon is really good for health as well, specially for digestion and blood circulation.
