Orange Puddings

This pudding can be served as a dessert at Christmas dinner. After a rich meal, nothing’s better than a light dessert, fragrant as a sorbet!
The recipe is easy and has a few ingredients …

Ingredients:
75 dl of orange juice, well filtered, or unsweetened orange juice (I was in a hurry and I used one from the super)
50 gr of sugar cane
50 gr of corn starch (Maizena, for instance)
organic orange zests
a generous teaspoon of agar agar
cinnamon
dark chocolate

Method:
Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring continuously, as you normally do with puddings. I put agar agar towards the end… At some point, it will start thickening and then turn the heat off.
Wet the molds for creme caramel with rum (if you like), pour the mixture in (doses are for about six, and therefore I used six molds) and let them cool at room temperature. Store in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Turn the puddings upside down, from the molds on a plate, sprinkle them with cinnamon and grated dark chocolate or chocolate chips, garnish with a slice of orange and cinnamon.
