Anise Muffins
Hello there! I made these muffins for my Mum and Titti and Seb! For mami since she loves anise and I wanted to delight her with a sweet and “muffiny” dessert (while hugging her!)… and for Titti and Seb in anticipation of all the muffins and cupcakes they’re gonna have in New York … … ehehhe! They are extremely simple, which enables us, while preparing them, to a sort of nicely dance to the rhythm of Matilda YYEEAAHHH …!
Ingredients:
80 gr of very strong Canadian flour
20 gr of corn starch
40 gr of margarine
80 gr cane sugar
soy milk as needed
1/2 teaspoon of cream of tartar
1 pinch of bicarbonate
1 abundant teaspoon of powdered anise
Method:
I sieve all the dry ingredients … and then I add margarine, a little melted in soy milk until the mixture becomes quite thick! I fill half the paper cups and bake at 180°C for half an hour … more or less, it depends on the oven!
Kisses to everyone!
