Pea Humous

Really easy, but it’s a nice idea to propose in mini bowls as a starter … 🙂

about 250 gr of cooked peas
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of tahini
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
dried tomatoes
bread with seeds of many cereal

As for the chickpea humous: purée peas, add lemon juice, tahini and extra virgin olive oil. Blend it again (I had to add a little water as it was too thick) and sprinkle with paprika.
I wanted to serve in a-sort-of a nice way: a small bowl full of hummus for each diner, a bit of paprika, some dried tomatoes and bits of bread (I obtained the star you see from my homemade sandwich bread with a mold for cookies).

I love the chickpeas humous, but I must say that this is really a good alternative.
A hug to everyone! 🙂
