Carrot Spread

A spreadable cheese can’t be easier!

Ingredients:
tofu
vegetable cream
carrot
extra virgin olive oil
salt or granular vegetable broth

Method:
We take our blender, a carrot already boiled in water and salt, two or three tablespoons of non-flavored tofu, a drop of vegetable cream, extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt or granular vegetable broth
Place the tofu into the blender first, then oil, salt and granular broth and cream … Process emulsifying all very well … It will form a white cream… To get our carrot spread, add the carrot that we have previously boiled and blend a little bit more … but not making the mixture too creamy … must be a bit “rustic”.
Finally, add salt or whatever we prefer to reach the flavor we like best and then … let’s spread it on toasted bread!
