Christmas “S”
Ingredients:
100 gr of margarine
50 gr of icing sugar
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon of cornstarch or potato starch
1 tablespoon of water
150 gr flour 00
plain dark chocolate
Method:
In a bowl, mix margarine, icing sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and cornstarch with water.
Add the flour. Put the mixture into a pastry bag, with a nozzle of 8 mm of diameter, with a star shape, and form some “S” of about 6 cm, or even just some lines.
Bake in preheated oven at 200°C for 9 minutes. When cookies are cool, dip them in chocolate.
