Curry Fennel
This recipe was my mother’s invention. I liked it a lot.
Ingredients:
2 fennels
black olives
extra virgin olive oil
indian curry powder
chilli
black peppercorns
dried dill
Method:
Cut fennels into slices, not too thin or thick, and place them in a skillet, quite enough. Add olives and sprinkle with curry, chilli, pepper and a little water (if necessary, add more during cooking). Place them on the heat and cook (covered with a lid) until the fennel gets soft.
When almost done (there still should be a bit of water), pour the oil and sprinkle with dill. Let them cook for a few minutes more and serve with a spatula, to avoid breaking the fennels.

That’s interesting… I’m always searching for ways to cook fennels, I like them but not that much, and honestly I fin dthem quite boring…but this recipe is quite interesting, so thanks for sharing!
