Sea Flavoured Linguine Pasta
This recipe is simple and easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
(serves 2)
tomatoes
160gr of linguine pasta
1 sheet of nori seaweed
chilli as needed
salt as needed
oil as needed
1 clove of garlic (or onion)
parsley as needed
Method:
In a pan, fry garlic or onion, finely chopped (I prefer the onion, as it has a more delicate flavour), add some parsley and the nori seaweed, flaked or cut into thin strips (I used a sheet of nori seaweed, “burnt” it on fire and then cut into strips).
Peel tomatoes and cut them in halves. When the onion start browning, add the tomatoes. Add salt and simmer over a low heat. While the tomatoes are getting flavoured, boil linguine pasta in plenty of salted water. Drain the linguine and toss them in the pan with tomatoes. Serve warm and you’ll taste the flavor of the sea with all the benefits of seaweeds!

Looks really tasty! Nori is actually the only one seaweed I gladly have… I’m not particularly fond of other types. Must try it.
