Very Easy Muffins
Here it is an idea for today’s breakfast! I polished these muffins off this morning. Lovely, tasty and delicious!
Ingredients:
175 gr of flour
150 gr of brown sugar
250 g of water
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
2 tablespoons of lemon flavoured oil (or seeds oil and lemon zest)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
50 gr of chocolate chips
Method:
Mix dry ingredients together. Then add the liquid ones. Now add the chocolate chips. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the muffins for 20 minutes; carry out the toothpick test. They will come out fluffy and soft great, as a breakfast!
