Noodles with Jerusalem Artichokes…
and Curry
Ingredients:
a package of wheat udon or other type of pasta you prefer
25 cl of cooking soy cream
Jerusalem artichokes in good quantity
powdered spice to taste: curry, turmeric, pepper, cumin, celery salt
Method:
I had several leftover Jerusalem artichokes, already boiled. I cut them into cubes and tossed them into the soy cream with spices.
With this sauce I seasoned pasta, which in this case had to boil just for three minutes (I used this):
A very fast recipe, and also I wanted to try adding cumin to Jerusalem artichokes, and most of all have them with a different seasoning. We liked it: I hope you too! Bye!
