Vegan Choco-Cappuccino
These last few days have been really challenging for the many innovations that we are implementing on Veganblog.it, but still I find some time to publish this simple, sweet and very quick recipe, which I have photographed many months ago… Chocolate and milk for breakfast!
Renata and I have the pleasant habit of having breakfast together at home, and we usually prepare a nice cup of soy milk with a lot of foam and chocolate … Long live to the pleasurable breakfast!
Ingredients:
organics soymilk
dark chocolate spread
sugar to taste (by type and quantity)
Method:
Make the foam to the cup of milk (we use the steam from the coffee machine)
Add chocolate spread together with sugar and let it melt well.
Decorative versions:
Since breakfast is the first meal of the day, and a good day starts in the morning, almost always we elaborate them a bit, as shown in the first photo … Adding a bit of whipped cream “Soiatoo”, then sprinkling with a little of cocoa powder and some curls of dark chocolate …
