Hot White Chocolate

Maybe I  “discovered the hot water”, but since I haven’t found anything like this in the blog, I’m happy to share with you this “fake” white hot chocolate, which, I assure you, will be very creamy!

2 teaspoons of cashew cream
1 cup of rice milk
5 cardamom pods (optional)
a pinch of cinnamon powder (optional)
cane sugar or other sweetener to taste (optional)

In a saucepan, dilute the cashew cream in rice milk, a bit at a time to avoid lumps. Now, add spices and/or sugar if you wish, place the saucepan on a low heat and continue stirring. When it reaches a boil, the liquid begins to thicken: simmer a few more minutes, stirring constantly, then turn the heat off .

I used a 100% cashew cream, very smooth and soft, but, of course if you have a good blender or prefer a more “rough” texture, can make the cream by your own.
