Carroty Cake

Ingredients:
200 gr of pastry flour
100 gr of white whole wheat
170 gr of cane sugar
3 carrots, julienned
300 ml pf orange juice
10 of walnuts and almonds
2 tablespoons of baking powder
5 tablespoons of olive oil

Method:
Combine flours, sugar and baking power in a large bowl and mix them well. In a separate bowl, mix the orange juice with olive oil and add them to the previous mixture. Work well with a spoon until the batter is quite creamy. Shell walnuts and almonds, chop roughly and add them to mixture, along  with carrots. Mix again until all ingredients are well blended.
Grease your mold and sprinkle it with flour or bread crumbs, pour the mixture in and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes, or until toothpick test tells you that the cake’s ready!

Remove from the oven and … enjoy! 🙂

    ah ah, I like the ship with a little man! this cake must be delicious! I’d add a little cinnamon and nutmeg 🙂
